Who we are

Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made on belleonda.store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment: free shipping to Portugal from €45 and €5.99 below that.
Order and payment
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation e-mail. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MB WAY, Shop Pay). We do not store your card details.
Shipping
We prepare your order within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days after shipping, with a tracking code. More details in the Shipping policy.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from receipt to return the item, with no reason needed. More details in the Refund policy.
Legal guarantee
All items carry the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021).
Reviews
The reviews shown on the site come from AliExpress buyers of this model and are labelled as such. They are not reviews from Belle Onda customers.
Brand and origin
Belle Onda is a French-inspired brand. Our products are not made in France. The curler is manufactured by Wenzhou Boyo Electric Appliance Co., Ltd (Wenzhou, China).
Use
Use the product according to the manual and the safety warnings. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions.

We process your data according to our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.
Complaints and disputes
In Portugal you can file a complaint through the electronic Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). For disputes, you can turn to CNIACC – National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration (www.cniacc.pt), an alternative dispute resolution body.
