Returns and refunds

We want you to love your curler. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day you received your order to return it, with no reason needed. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal set by Portuguese law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014).

How to return

  1. Send an e-mail to client@belleonda.store with your order number, saying you want to return the item. If you prefer, you can use the withdrawal form at the end of this page.
  2. We reply within 24 hours (working days) with the instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item within 14 days of telling us about the return, to the address we give you in the e-mail.

Condition of the item
You can try the curler as you would in a shop. Please return it clean, with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging. If the item shows use beyond what is needed to try it, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund, as the law allows.

Return shipping costs

  • You changed your mind: return shipping is paid by you.
  • The item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong: shipping is on us, and we send another one free of charge or refund you, your choice.

Refund
We refund the amount paid, including the original shipping cost (up to the cheapest shipping option we offer), within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until we receive the item, or until you send us proof of shipping, whichever comes first. The refund is made to the payment method you used.

Legal guarantee
All our items carry the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (Decree-Law no. 84/2021). If the curler breaks or doesn't work as described, write to us at client@belleonda.store and we'll sort it out: repair, replacement or refund, as the law provides.
